We do in-house training and our instructors are practicing physicians, as well as trainors from call centers/contact centers here in the Philippines. We give strong emphasis on English and Grammar, styles and medical terminologies.

We are currently using VOICEWARE SERVER and VOICESCRIBE both of which are HIPAA compliant. Our turnaround time is 24 hours.
